URGENT! Truck opens bucket and knocks down whole catwalk structure RJ/Brazil

For almost 2 hours the firemen still tried to rescue the driver. One of the firefighters went so far as to say that while there was a wrist we tried but the situation was very difficult.
Another man was on the catwalk at the time of the collision and fell with catwalk and all, but as you can see in the footage he was conscious and talking to people. He was reportedly taken to a hospital.
