Is Megyn Kelly in hiding?

One day after her vicious rant against rival Jane Fonda, NBC ran a taped version of her morning talk show, allowing Kelly, 47, to avoid facing any backlash from her pointed comments and criticism against the Oscar-winning actress.

According to the network, the pre-taped show was always planned, and was needed due to the severe nature of the show’s topic – sex trafficking.

But while she sat on the sidelines, Kelly’s celebrity peers had a field day slamming her.

O’Donnell wrote on Twitter.

might be an indication Kelly’s time at NBC is already running short.

“NBC is freaking out over Megyn’s attack on Jane Fonda,” a source told Radar. “Jane is Hollywood royalty and celebs will stand with her not Kelly.”

As Radar reported, Kelly first kicked off her public feud with Fonda when she recently asked the Grace & Frankie actress on Megyn Kelly Today how many facelifts she has undergone.

Fonda hit back at Kelly for her line of questioning, saying, "Who are you, Megyn Kelly?"

Then, on her show Monday, Kelly upped the tension when she called out Fonda for obsessing over the interview and even brought up her "Hanoi Jane" days, when the actress seemingly disrespected U.S. troops in Vietnam.

“She posed on an anti-aircraft gun used to shoot down our pilots,” Kelly blasted of 80-year-old “Hanoi Jane” Fonda’s political views during the Vietnam War. “Even she had to apologize years later for that gun picture — but not for the rest of it.”

As fans know, Kelly’s ratings have been suffering, and her feuding with iconic Hollywood stars is only making matters worse.

“What Megyn is doing is suicide,” said the insider, who warned that the host “is welcome to kill her show but she will not be allowed to take down the Today show with her.”
