Nebraska resident Todd Clark reunited a lost dog with its owner during a snowstorm on Monday, January 22. Clark shared this video of himself going door to door in Mead looking for the owner, and said he was able to track them down after this video.A foot or more of snow had been expected west of Omaha with blizzard conditions, according to the National Weather Service.Officials warned people to stay off roads, and I-80 was closed in Seward County due to multiple car crashes.
