Naya Rivera's assault nightmare has come to an end, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
The former Glee star's domestic battery charge on Ryan Dorsey were dropped on Friday, January 12 and sources tell Radar the reason for the dismissal was because her estranged husband no longer wanted to prosecute.
Rivera filed for divorce from Dorsey just days after the dispute, and court documents obtained by Radar at the time revealed she asked the judge for joint legal and physical custody of their son, and asked that neither party be awarded spousal support.
