A boy with Down syndrome became a basketball star on January 18 after he scored a basket as his team cheered him on. Rob Libolt of Center Point, Iowa, posted the heartwarming video of his son playing on Twitter. "A huge shout out to CCA 7th grade players and coaches for what you did for Parker," he posted.
