Within 24 hours of speaking with Larry on the phone, he was present on the ground taking a close look at every detail of the property. By the next morning, he had completed a detailed 20 plus page report, complete with assessments, pictures, explanations, and recommendations. When I asked him about additional features, he could easily have added (e.g., mold lab testing), he made sure that I was fully aware of the relative necessity of each, instead of padding his own bill.
