Hi, I am Jeanie. Arthritis is a common disease among people, referring to joint pain or joint disease. There are many types of arthritis and related conditions. It occurs more frequently as people get older, in many cases present in children, as well. Symptoms are swelling, pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion. Severe arthritis can result in chronic pain, inability to do daily activities. X-rays,MRI & different blood tests can diagnose deficiency and related causes. In this video, i discuss about those fruits which are helpful to cure arthritis. Fruits have variety of minerals, vitamins, fiber and other nutrients, and have anti-inflammatory effects to cure arthritis. Let's listed those fruits.
#1. STRAWBERRIES.
It has more vitamin C than oranges. Scientists says that it has anthocyanin, along with other phytochemicals, giving it anti-inflammatory, and antioxidants health benefits. It is also good source of folic acid. Thus, strawberries are a rich source to cure arthritis naturally. so, consume it on daily basis to get 100% result.
#2. RED RASPBERRIES.
