Coffee - Starbucks VS Dunkin Donuts

I ordered a large Black Coffee from both Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts. You can see this isn't some old coffee by the fact Ice is still in my wife's tea shown next to it.
So why didn't I just return it? Starbucks Coffee is too hot to drink right away. I had already left the store by the time I took my 1st sip and wondered why it was chunky.
