Chrissy Teigen is putting her money where her mouth is… by offering to pay a fine so McKayla Maroney can speak up.
It was revealed that the gymnast received a $1.25 million settlement in 2016 from USA gymnastics after being sexually abused by the team doctor… but as part of the deal was she forced to sign an NDA that imposes a $100,000 penalty should she ever talk about the sexual abuse.
And Chrissy said tweeted that the entire principle of this should be fought, and she would be honored to pay that fine, should the Olympic medalist ever want to break her forced silence.
McKayla even once claimed she thought about taking her own life, and now she’s suing USA gymnastics, claiming it was illegal to force her sign an NDA.
