Kevin Spacey Accused of Racism on 'House of Cards' set The actor allegedly
used the N-word when he told his security manager he
didn't want black security personnel. The head of VIP Protective Services Earl Blue came forward with the accusation. Blue told the "Daily Mail" he
complained to set managers but they responded,
"that's just the way he is." One of Blue's employees,
Eric Lyles, also alleged the actor refused to shake the hands
of black security guards on set.
