Kentucky Republican Governor Matt Bevin has filed an executive order that would end the state's Medicaid expansion if a court blocks any part of the recent changes made to the state's program. If ended, over 480,000 Kentuckians would be left without healthcare coverage. The new changes, which were approved last week, requires that those able to work or volunteer at least 20 hours a week can gain access to Medicaid.
