Here’s something we probably could do without.
The Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Lifetime movie.
Yep, the network is back at it and this time they’re undertaking the famous love between an actress and a prince and bringing to a small screen near you.
Lifetime is hoping to have the film coincide with the royal wedding in May, and the title of the movie is Harry & Meghan: A Royal Love Story.
It will tell the backstory of the prince’s relationship with the former Suits actress, including their first meeting and the moment he popped the question at their cottage in Kensington Palace.
Right now the production is in the casting stage, so shooting has yet to begin.
And if you’re keeping track, it should probably be a lot like Lifetime’s previous royal treatment, William & Kate: The Movie… which aired 11 days before their famous wedding.
