This is a remarkable moment a six-month-old boy surprised his parents by saying 'so painful' in Mandarin after being given injection.

The video, captured in Jinan City in eastern Shandong Province in December 2017, shows the baby crying loudly as he receives a vaccination.

Suddenly he clearly says 'Zhen Teng A', which means 'so painful' in Mandarin.
