RAW: Suspect in shooting hoax seen breaking into Albuquerque City Hall

Surveillance video has been released that shows 28-year-old Daniel Olguin breaking into the County Treasurer Office at City Hall in downtown Albuquerque. Olguin, who has been charged with breaking and entering and two counts of false imprisonment, then began shouting "there's a shooter!", prompting multiple 911 calls, a massive emergency response and an hours-long search of the buildings.
