State Department will not meet release date for Clinton emails

On Thursday, the State Department said that it will fail to meet its court-ordered goal of releasing by the end of the day on December 31st. The court ordered the State Department to divulge 82 percent of Hillary Clinton’s emails from her time as secretary of state.
