Supreme Court has reprimanded the central government. The Supreme Court has declared the order on Khap Panchayat. The Supreme Court has taken a strict stance on the action taken by the Khap Panchayat on the adolescent marriage couples who have inter-caste marriages. The Supreme Court has said that any adult boy and girl can get married. No khap panchayat or institution can stop them from doing so. The Supreme Court said that if the central government does not ban Khap Panchayat, then we will have to intervene in this matter. The case will now be heard on February 5.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को फटकार लगाई है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने खाप पंचायत पर फरमान सुनाया है। अंतर्जातीय विवाह करने वाले बालिग प्रेमी जोड़ों पर खाप पंचायत की ओर से की जाने वाली कार्रवाई पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अख्तियार किया है। सर्वोच्च अदालत ने कहा है कि कोई भी बालिग लड़का और लड़की शादी कर सकते हैं। कोई भी खाप पंचायत या फिर संस्था उन्हें ऐसा करने से नहीं रोक सकती है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि अगर केंद्र सरकार खाप पंचायत पर प्रतिबंध नहीं लगाती है तो हमें इस मामले में दखल देना पड़ेगा। अब इस मामले पर पांच फरवरी को सुनवाई होगी।
