1/3 cup of snow pea\r
1/2 cup of celery\r
1/2 cup of asparagus\r
1/3 cup of sweet pepper\r
1 cup of eggplant\r
1 TBS of cooking oil\r
1 clove of minced garlic\r
1 tsp of minced ginger\r
1 TBS of gochujang\r
1 tsp of shao hsing cooking wine\r
2 tsp of soy sauce\r
1 tsp of oyster sauce\r
Sprinkle black pepper\r
2-3 oz of beef stock or water
