Richard Sherman, the Seahawks superstar cornerback, is speaking out against the NFL, calling the concussion protocol an “absolute joke”. He said the league’s policy is more for public relations than it is to actually protect it’s players. Sherman used air quotes and spoke sarcastically in the video when talking about “the players” and “player safety”. He said he thinks the league, not the individual teams, should face criticism for the “independent” policy. He also said that he will not be donating his brain to science after his death.
