Florida State is headed to the Independence Bowl. The Seminoles won their final three games to become bowl eligible for the 36th consecutive year behind a strong running game and a gutsy performance by freshman quarterback James Blackman. FSU will take on Southern Miss in Shreveport, LA on December 27th with a chance to head into the offseason on a four-game winning streak.
