GLESGA — Scots are panic buying Irn bru, Scotland's national soft drink, after its manufacturer announced plans to half the beverage sugar content.
According to BBC, Scots are stockpiling the beverage ahead of the change later this year. Manufacturer AG Barr says Scots won't be able to tell the difference, but nearly 40,000 people have signed an online petition begging them not to change it.
