Becky James and Katy Marchant both claimed women’s sprint medals after taking silver and bronze at Rio 2016. James was beaten 2-0 by Germany’s Kristina Vogel in the gold medal race while Marchant overcame Elis Ligtlee of the Netherlands by the same score to seal bronze.
