A fire chief and a rookie in Houston, Texas, went head-to-head to see who could get into their fire gear in the least amount of time, as footage shared by Houston FireHouse 84 shows.The video, shared to Facebook on January 8, is captioned “Rookie vs Chief,” and both men put in a tremendous effort, but unfortunately for the rookie, his superior snags a better time than he does.This hasn’t stopped some from nitpicking about their performance in the comments. One Facebook user asked “why would you mask up before you put on your coat?” While another claims that the rookie “wins by default” as the chief “didn’t have his waist belt hooked.”The video had over 380,000 views at the time of writing.
