I called in an emergency because a pipe came loose and water was gushing into our basement. The gentleman on the phone told us how to turn it off ourselves, and was headed our way when we finally got the main turned off. We didn't need him to come anymore, and I feel badly about that, but here is my positive review to hopefully help them out. They put helping our family above their profits by giving us instructions in an emergency. The next time we do have plumbing issues, we will definitely call them.
