Arshi Khan's all efforts of meeting Salman Khan goes in vain as Guard is not allowing her to enter the premises. Arshi Khan was wearing a black and white dress spotted with her female friend (probably her manager) wearing a salwar kurta who was also holding a beautiful bouquet in her hand.
