An amusing video from Richmond, Rhode Island of a man trying to enjoy "a day at the beach" during the so-called "bomb cyclone" which is hitting much of the United States.

In the funny clip, which was filmed on Thursday, the man sports a T-shirt, shorts and a sunhat as he relaxes in a deck chair with snow and icy winds blowing all around him.

He also tries his hand at a spot of golf and even attempts to surf by leaping on a bodyboard into a snow drift.

"Just a bro tryna cool off on a hot summer day," the man later wrote online.
