A family made the best of the tropical storm and flooding that ravaged New Zealand’s north island on January 5.This video shows a child playing in flood waters with two dogs in the front yard of his Coromandel home.Local media reported that homes were flooded, roads were closed, while ferry services throughout the Auckland area were cancelled during the storm.
