Facebook Grabs Live Stream Rights For Golden Globes Red Carpet Pre-Show

Facebook is now the exclusive official live-streaming platform for the 75th annual Golden Globe Awards red-carpet show. The social media site landed the pact after Twitter had the exclusive red-carpet treatment last year. Facebook secured the deal with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and Dick Clark Productions. As part of the partnership, 360-degree videos will be captured from the red carpet and throughout the pre-show. Those will also be distributed on the Golden Globes’ Facebook page.
