Carrie Underwood fell and injured herself at her Nashville home last year, resulting in needing 40-50 stitches in her face. In a year-end note to her fans, the country singer said that she also broke her wrist in the fall that occurred on the steps of her home in November. Seven weeks after the injury, Underwood said she is "still healing and not quite looking the same."
