Colorado Police Were Warned About Gunman's Mental State
  • 6 years ago
Colorado authorities were contacted with concerns about the mental health of Matthew Riehl over a month before he shot and killed a deputy and wounded four others. Students at the University of Wyoming College of Law were warned about Riehl, a former student, because of his social media posts which criticized professors at the school. An email sent November 6th to students at the school told them to notify campus police if they spotted Riehl or his car.
