If you don't incorporate Bear Crawls into your training, you're missing out!

Bear Crawls are great for core and scapular stability, and if you do them long enough, they really kick your heart rate up a notch, too.

You can include them as part of your warm-up, use them as part of your core training, or add them to a conditioning circuit. You can even add weight as you become more proficient (a chain draped across the back or a small weight plate works well).
