The camera was found by Florida native Louie Wray, who tracked down the teenager after finding a relative’s address on an old recording of Ethan’s.Wray used Google Maps to find Ethan’s uncle’s address after he found a video of a bike ride Ethan had taken with him. He then got in touch with Ethan’s uncle, who helped reunite Ethan with his GoPro.Ethan’s mom, Leah, posted a Facebook Live video of Ethan being reunited with his GoPro on Christmas Day, alongside a letter from Wray and numerous clips of Wray’s cross-country adventures.Speaking to local media, Leah said: “It was so crazy to think how deep that [pool] is, that somebody actually retrieved it – and it sounds like he retrieved it not too long [after] it was lost, probably within a couple of weeks.” Credit: Facebook/Leah Tolle via Storyful
