Ontario Temperatures Freeze Water Faster Than it Can Fall

Temperatures near Fort Frances in Ontario, Canada, fell well below 0 on December 27, with the Canadian government reporting a low of -27 degrees Fahrenheit.To display just how cold it actually was, Kerrilyn Esselink, of the Manitou Weather Station Fishing Lodge, threw a mug full of water over her head against the setting sun.
