Theresa May says she won't replace Green until the New Year

Theresa May has said the first she knew about allegations of inappropriate conduct by former Cabinet minister Damian Green was when she read about them in the press. Conservative activist Kate Maltby has said she alerted Downing Street last year to Mr Green's "pattern of behaviour". However, speaking to reporters during a visit to British troops in Cyprus, the Prime Minister said she had not been informed of the claims. Report by Browna.
