Jess Phillips MP believes the Prime Minister's sacking of her First Secretary of State and long-term friend demonstrates "decisive action" to clean Parliament up. Phillips, a member of the Women and Equalities Committee, said she didn't want to see people losing their jobs but wants to see that a culture of sexually inappropriate behaviour in Parliament can change.
