Kristen Bell Celebrates Daughter's Birthday With Intimate Instagram Pics

Kristen Bell might be one of the most open actresses in Hollywood, and to celebrate the third birthday of daughter Delta, she’s no different.
The actress shared some very private family pictures on Instagram documenting her pregnancy. She captioned the posts, “Three years ago today, 47 pounds heavier. Getting through painful contractions with backrubs and breathing. Occasionally swinging from the IV pole to try and feel sexy and open up my hips. After 36 hours of labor I met a girl I love more than all the molecules in all the world. Happy birthday, Delta. Love, Mom.”
Since then, she and husband Dax Shepard have also given birth to a second daughter, Lincoln.
According to E! Online, Kristen told Shape magazine that she’s committed to teaching her daughters about the importance of health and fitness.
And with Instagram posts like this, she’s also definitely sharing a sense of humor and love.
