Judge Rules In Favor Of Undocumented Immigrant Teens' Access To Abortions

Tensions have been high over whether two pregnant teenagers who are here in the U.S. undocumented are allowed access to abortions. On December 18 a U.S. District Court Judge has ruled in favor of the teenagers and told President Donald Trump's administration that they can no longer stop the two young girls from getting an abortion. Yet this does not mean that it is the final decision and Judge Tanya Chutkan put her order on hold to give the U.S. Justice Department time to appeal her ruling.
