Snow Creates Dangerous Driving Conditions in Blewett Pass

Washington State Patrol Trooper Brian Moore urged drivers to “slow down, drive for these conditions” as he made his way through the snow-covered Blewett Pass to respond to spun-out semi trucks on December 19.Snow blanketed the area, and several collisions and spin-outs were reported along I-90, including Snoqualmie Pass, where the Washington State Department of Transportation alerted a snow chain requirement.
