The Dynafit Radical 2 has been in development for quite some time. Weighing in at a featherweight 599 grams this is one binding with touring at the top of its priority list. Featuring a wider platform than the previous iteration so you can still get power over the edges when skiing, the new version has a slightly different set up with a better release system and DIN setting mechanism. The new system has a more accurate DIN setting and has been sent to get international DIN certification which should go through in the coming weeks. There are two versions, the first is ST which stands for Ski Touring with DIN from 4-10 and the second is the FT which stands for Free-Touring with a carbon base plate and higher DIN from 5-12.
