Fourcut(포컷)은 '4컷 만화(four-cut cartoon)'에서 따온 밴드명입니다.
4컷 만화가 짧고 단순한 틀 안에서도 기승전결을 가지고 많은 뜻을 내포하여
여러가지 감성을 자극하는 것처럼, Fourcut의 음악을 감상 할 때 역시
한 편의 이야기를 들은 것 같은 여운이 느껴지기를 바라는 마음으로 지은 이름입니다.
감성적인 코드와 멜로디, 다이나믹한 구성에 중점을 두고 작업하고 있습니다.

A four panelled toon strip, inspite of its brevity can pack an emotional and direct punch to the viewer. It is a worthy analogy to music of the band ‘Fourcut’, where each concise songs tells a beautifully meandering narrative in hope of deeply resonating with the listener. Creating and combining emotive chords and melody, ‘Fourcut’ strives towards the notion of dynamism, whether that be in their sounds or work ethic.
