The folks over at Barstarzz met Christian Heria when was 19, playing in a rock and roll band and selling real estate. Through them Christian discovered his passion to teach and train people and he opened a brand new gym in Miami with the unique concept of teaching freestyle calisthenics inside.

Since then he has traveled the world winning international championships. In this video he has just come off an ankle injury but is looking very strong nonetheless. He's joined by Alexia Evans one of the founders of the Barstarzz Miami chapter. She has done calisthenics her whole life but never had a name for it until she hooked up with the Barstarzz while training on South Beach.

Finally, there is Hivo Gonzalez a personal trainer who does calisthenics on the side. All three of these people are super motivational and will show you what hard work and commitment can accomplish.
