Young but veteran musicians Matt Garamy, Richie Vasta and John Hinde recently formed the new alternative indie rock band Birthday Candles. Their debut EP "Letters From Home" was released in December with Matt on guitar singing lead vocals, Richie playing bass and John banging the drums. Since then they've steadily played local dates and have a full Florida tour scheduled to kick off 2014. The members hail from Florida and Colorado, and currently call Lake Worth, Florida, their home base. Expect big things to happen here folks, and lots of national touring in the future, so you need to catch them in Florida while you can.
