Vespera (Dorin Panduru, Andrei Călbăjos, Teodora Bârla, Till Djent şi Allen Băieţan) a luat fiinţă în anul 2005, debutând pe scena clujeană şi mai apoi concertând în toată ţara în cadrul mai multor concerte şi festivaluri, alături de nume mari ale scenei rock şi metal. În 2007 trupa îşi lansează demo-ul „Vespera” în producţia lui Tibor Baszo (Alias Music Studio). Anul 2008 le aduce locul întâi la „Maximum Rock Suport pentru Underground”, câştigat cu piesa Mary of Bethany, inclusă pe albumul lor de debut „Desert of the Real”, lansat în 2011, sub aceeaşi producţie. Albumul îmbină o gamă largă de stiluri şi influenţe, ce variază de la industrial, electro şi hardcore, până la death şi chiar oriental. Anul 2012 aduce o nouă reuşită trupei Vespera prin câştigarea premiului cel mare la Posada Rock Festival (Câmpulung Muscel) ducând astfel la calificarea în finala G.B.O.B. România. În ultimii ani, trupa a susţinut zeci de concerte în toată ţara (Peninsula, Artmania, Rock în Parc, Maximum Rock Festival, împărţind scena cu nume sonore din ţară şi din străinătate, precum The Who, My Dying Bride, Leaves' Eyes sau 69 Eyes. De asemenea, în 2013, formaţia câştigă locul I la secţiunea metal din cadrul festivalului Rock’N’Iaşi. În prezent, membrii formaţiei lucrează la cel de-al doilea album, „Imago”, material care promite o evoluţie stilistică şi imagistică a Vesperei.

Vespera (Dorin Panduru, Andrei Călbăjos, Teodora Bârla, Till Djent, and Allen Băiețan) was born in 2005 having their debut on the Cluj-Napoca scene and then performing throughout all the country within several concerts and festivals, among great rock and metal bands.
In 2007 the band releases their first demo “Vespera”, produced by Tibor Baszo (Alias Music Studio). The year 2008 brings them the 1stPlace at the “Maximum Rock Suport pentru Underground” contest with Mary Of Bethany song, included on their debut album “Desert Of The Real”, released in 2011, under the same production. The album brings together several styles and influences, from industrial, electro and hardcore, to death and oriental.
The year 2012 brings Vespera the Grand Prize at Posada Rock Festival (Câmpulung Muscel) which bought them a place in the Romanian G.B.O.B. Final. In the last few years, the band held tens of concerts throughout the country (Peninsula, Artmania, Rock in Parc, Maximum Rock Festival, sharing the stage with known Romanian and foreign bands, such as The Who, My Dying Bride, Leaves' Eyes or 69 Eyes). Also, in 2013, the band won 1st Place at the metal category at the Rock’N’Iaşi Festival.
Currently, the band members are working on their second album “Imago”, a disc that predicts a stylistic and image evolution of Vespera, while focusing on this year’s G.B.O.B. contest.
