The last few year have unfortunately seen a number of fatal air crashes in Nepal, the worst of which was probably the Sita Air incident last year in Lukla which killed 19 people, including 7 British climbers.

The biggest issue climbers could end up being the increased price of flights in Nepal. Companies who use these airlines also face higher liability insurance premiums, so visiting Nepal may end up being even more expensive than it already is.
