The Hot Teapots è una band veronese di jazz/blues primitivo.
Nascono come buskers illegali, la loro musica si ispira al blues del delta del Mississippi, al jazz di New Orleans e ad altri generi popolari come il calypso.
Drogati di dischi, usurpatori di radici, postmoderni nostalgici di ere mai vissute, non sanno spiegarsi l'origine del proprio nome e non ammettono l'uso del leggio.


The Hot Teapots is a primitive jazz/blues band based in Verona, Italy.
Born as illegal buskers, they find their musical inspiration in Mississippi delta blues, New Orleans traditional jazz and in other folk music like calypso.
Record junkies, roots thieves, postmodern nostalgics of ages they never lived, they can't recall the origin of their name and they don't allow the use of music stand.
