Solo project of 18 year old Cork musician Matt Corrigan, 'Ghostking is Dead' is an adventure into a variety of styles, integrating different sounds and techniques in an ongoing attempt at creating interesting, enjoyable, and personal art.
Two EPs have been released under this moniker, and although they are different in many ways, the core sound that defines 'Ghostking is Dead' is ever present, driving the project forward.
Key influences include Mac DeMarco, James Blake, Keaton Henson and Fleet Foxes, among many others.
