While today’s chain retaining chainrings and clutch equipped derailleurs do a superb job of keeping your chain on, you can’t take chances out in the mountains and that’s where the good old chain guide comes in.

But unlike traditional chain guides, the AMG V2 from MRP is designed to work with today’s efficient transmission systems adding extra security from stump and rock strikes while the upper cage adds an additional level of insurance should your chain jump and skip on aggressive terrain.
