A recent poll from Monmouth University shows President Trump's job approval rating has dropped to an unprecedented low.
It now stands at just 32%, well below the 39% to 43% he's maintained throughout his time in office.
The percent of participants who disapprove of the job Trump is doing is at 56%, up from the usual 46% to 53%.
Women figured prominently in those numbers, with only 24% giving positive responses and 68% indicating a negative view.
Approval given by female Independents has dropped by 25 points since September, and the decline among Republican women is 9 points.
Female Democrats' 7% approval response remains the same.
Overall, only 24% of those questioned said they feel the nation is headed in the right direction, while 66% said it's going "down the wrong track."
Monmouth also reports that "most voters think that the president has not been successful at moving his agenda through Congress and feel his decision to move the U.S. embassy in Israel will destabilize the Middle East."
The poll was conducted from December 10 to 12 and involved 806 adult US participants.
