NBC News Adds Harassment Prevention To Its Training

NBC News announced Friday that it would require harassment-prevention training for all its employees. The organization said it would also conduct a "culture assessment" of the news division. The decision follows sexual harassment charges that led to the firing of "Today" anchor Matt Lauer. The internal investigation in to the charges has resulted in interviews with 40 employees so far.
