Tillerson Stands Behind Russian Sanctions Over Ukraine

During a visit to Europe on Thursday, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson held a tough line on Russea, saying in front of his Russian counterpart that the United States would keep sanctions in place until Russian forces withdraw from Ukraine. Over 10,000 lives have been claimed since the conflict between Ukrainian forces and Russian-backed separatists erupted in 2014.
