President Trump's slurred words during a Wednesday address have raised questions about his overall health, reports USA Today.
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced on Thursday that Trump will be examined by a doctor at Walter Reed Medical Center early next year, and said, "those records will be released by the doctor following that taking place."
Sanders indicated it will be a routine exam, describing it as "the full physical that most presidents go through."
She also stressed that the slurring was caused by nothing more than a "dry throat."
CNN reports that during the campaign, Trump didn't share much in the way of medical information, but did provide a note from his doctor saying that he would be "the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency."
